ABOUT THIS MANUAL
This Manual is designed to provide current principles, guidelines, and requirements to faculty and staff seeking external funding support, and managing awards in accordance with College policy and in compliance with federal and state laws, rules, and regulations. This Manual is intended to be used as an online reference tool, as there are active links to applicable TCNJ policies, state and federal regulations, standard forms, and other important information, as well as internal links within the document to make this Manual a more useful tool. All active links are highlighted in blue font.
The manual is organized in five parts: Part 1) Definitions, 2) Guiding Principles and General Information, 3) Pre-Award Guidance, 4) Federal Requirements, 5) Award/Declination Guidance.
